Paytm – Damaged product received

I bought a bicycle from Paytm. The product was delivered 2 days after the assured date, and when I start assembling the bicycle, it is found that the fire shifting lever is broken, I checked in the cover and the same was not found. So it is obvious that they have send a damaged product to me. Later when l lodged a complaint, the company assured me return and my return was approved, but it’s one month and they didn’t take the item nor return my money. What I can do?
