I had purchased Mobile Accessories Combo from Bestdeal tv over phone on 4th of December 2015 but the product didnt support in my device so i returned it within 15days as per their terms n condition. On 24th Dec. they said they will returned my money by cheque Rs 1650/ and i was supposed to get money by 10th of Jan 2016 but till date i didnt get a single panny. I talked with them several time but always they replies that within few days i will get cheque but till date they were not able give cheque no. Their tollfree no doesn’t work so every i have to call on paid no. Till date more than 200/ i spent by calling them. Plz help me to get my money back. I heared lots about your reputation so request u to help. My complain no to Bestdeal tv is 285327

I also didnt get my refundable money.
I purchased a blanket of approx 1500Rs but the blanket is defective and returned on the next day. When i called on customer care number after 5 days , they said they will returned my money by cheque and i was supposed to get money on next 7 days. Everytime i called on customer number they are giving me the same response evrytime. Plz help me on this.
I had purchased beg combo from best deal tv but the product quality not good si i returned it within 2 days on 5 th dec 2016, they said they will return my money by cheque Rs1298 ,and money which charged to return by courier company i was supposed to get money in 15 days, 20 days then they said on 10 th of jan 2016, bt till date i didn’t get a single panny. till daye more than Rs 300 i spent by calling them, always they replies that within few days i will get my cheque but, kya ye dusro ka paisa kha ke apna pariwar paalte hain in main itni bhi kabiliyat nahi ki apni mehnat se kama ke khaye please i request u to help me please, i need my money shayad in logo ko paise ki value nahi hai bt humain hai so please do something nd help me please
