Dear Team ,
This is to inform you that I have purchased One no of track pant and socks from CHupCHap Lelo on order No OID132099 .
After receiving the product I came to know that the material and quality of the received item is not of original make.
I have raised this concern to CHUP CHAP LELO team several times but they said that they cannot take the material back .
This is very strange for a customer like me as normally if a purchaser dont like a product he has the right to get it change .
