i have purchased a micromax television from flipkart. they had send me the defective product without doing any quality check. television manual buttons were not working. i had complained for the same on 23rd jan 2016. but till now they have not done any thing about it. they keep on asking for timeline. when i call their customer support service they dont talk properly and they only say give us 24 hours.
