I have purchased a mobile(Galaxy on5) on 14/01/16 by my debit card.Amount (5098 debited from my account but I have not get any confirmation mail.My order no was-6212.Order status also is showing failed.Amount paid through paynimo,whic h is a very reputated & secure site for online transaction.But paynimo also helpless for me.They r also cheating with the people.Trying to contact with 99online sale customers service, but they r abusing & shouting on me.Please help me for the above mentioned & pls reverse my money to my account at ur earliest.
