ebay – inconvenience in product

I had ordered a basketball shoes on ebay and the product description said that it was basketball shoes for kids but the size mentioned was 12 UK which is a big size.

I ordered it and the product turned out to be small. Of kids size.

The customer service said that its the CUSTOMERS fault and the seller is not ready to co-operate as well.
As per the policies 30 days exchange or refund is provided for the customer.

I will be obliged if you look into this matter sensitively and take action as soon as possible.
