I have booked a pressure cooker which has been delivered to me but the cooker was defective. For which I have complaint to them to replace this but they have told me that it would not be replaced but your money would be refunded..for which they have taken my account details also. after several followups they have arranged pickup this defective item but after 10 days my money has not been refunded so far.
