I was bought a TV from Samsung 40J5100 40″ from SHOPCLUES.COM online with ORDER NO 74119029.
When i received it, it was defected TV and its not on at that time. So I logged a complaint on shopclues site for return the product.
But they are not pick there defected product back almost 45 days. after they getting product back they raised a return request but till the date they are not able to return the money back.
So could you pls help me to my money back since i was pay it from my credit card I have charged from HDFC aprx 1600-1700 (interest+late fee+service charge+cess taxes).
For this I give them lots of request and calls and emails.
I also want extra charges from shopclues which is HDFC credit charge on me for Shopclues delays.
