I ordered a watch (worth Rs.5799) on www.watchokart.com by seeing a picture. I was delivered the watch and it was not as in the picture and faulty(the company says what you see=what you get). When I contacted them they never picked my phone, and once picked it and after listening to my complaint they promised me refund and blocked my number. Now after repeated emails, texts and calls they aren’t responding. I also have the bill and all required documents. The site also promised 1 month return.
