Hi,
I’ve ordered iPhone 5s gold color in ezoneonline on 30-Dec-2015, as they published the ad for 23,990. I call’d up ezoneonline customer care and enquired about the availability, at that time also they confirmed that it is available. I’ve ordered and paid full amount 23,990 through credit card and even I got a order confirmation reciept. But after 5days I got a call from ezoneonline customer care saying that product isn’t available and asking me to go for refund which takes 10 working days toget refund.
If the product is not available with them why did they processed my transaction and why did they published ad, they’re cheating with us by providing fake updates.
