shopclues.com – missing product and half refund

i have ordered for 2(two) quantity of Lotus Herbal Professional Whitening & Brightening Kit from shopclues, however, i received just 2 serums, so accordingly i called the customer care of shopclues and they instructed me to lodge a return request and i did so….after which i received a call and was instructed to returned the product received and also mailed them the pictures of the product received and after all procedures were done i thought i will be receiving the replacement of the product but they have not done a replacement instead they have refunded me in the form of shopclues bucks and that also not full amount….i paid Rs. 2239/- however the refund was just Rs. 1119/- so i mailed them back and the reply was that the product was missing…cause the serums both where costing just around Rs. 800/- and Rs 1000/- is not refunded to me…
