Respected Sir/Madam,
According to the above given descriptions posted by snapdeal.com on MY ORDERS ,I hoped to wait for some fruitful outcomes but atlast lost my patience.I am forced to write a complaint about the website that although I had asked for a replacement request, my order has been cancelled.Fine with the cancellation, but the website claims to have refunded the amount which I have not yet got back.
Please help me in resolving the matter and do the needful.
