I have a really bad experience with
Snapdeal recently, I Bought Buy 1 Mesh
Back Office Chair Get 1 Free on 15 Dec
2015 order number 10616515070 for 5000 Rs.
The reason for me buying the product was
since I had a back problem I needed a
comfortable chair. The chair was not at
all comfortable and hands were too low for
me(on in case anyone) to put. I was
completely dissatisfied with the chair and
wanted to return for a better chair.
However Snapdeal utterly refused to do so
they said our policy says we cannot return
furniture items. The website does not say
anything close to that when buying the
product. This is a cheating as no where in
the website it says they don’t return
furniture. Please go an check yourself. So
now I have no option but to look for legal
help to get my money back.
