ShopClues.com – Fraudulent removal of money/cluebucks from my account

This is the mail I got from ShopClues for cancelling my order.

It says the cluebucks will show up in my account on 20/12/2015. But they credited the 350 clubucks on 17/12/2015 (there is no intimation to me about the credit) and within 24hours on 18/12/2015 they remove the 350 cluebucks telling me that it expired. This is pure fraud.

So stay away from this company who sells 3rd class products and using all means to cheat the customers. Their customer support is awful just like their 3rd class products.
