I placed an order of two dresses with Order No R787523726 worth 2044.
They delivered me one dress and charged me Rs.1146.
They did not informed me that they have cancelled one of the dress. I followed up with them for the updates.
On a reactive update, they said me they have cancelled one of the dress.
After few days they processed the second dress with a charge of 1146.
When I wrote email about mischarge and requested to process it with remaining amount i.e 2044 – 1146 = 895 (which I have already given for first dress) , they wrote back it would be delivered before 25th Dec’15. But it did not come to me.
Again I wrote mail about the status, now received a mail stating it has been cancelled because of unavoidable reason.
They never give status beforehand. They take their own decision. Even cancelled the order without informing me.
I have to follow up repeatedly to know the status.
