I have registered my complain previously but was unable to place attachments. So I wish to place the complain again. Order No- S80740766 and Consignment No is Z48789948. I had ordered a combo pack of 5 Tees and a branded mobile set at the offer price of Rs 1099. DTDC has informed me through email that the consignment is untraceble. I asked accordingly to Whaaky.com for replacement or to refund me the money. But they didn’t reply to any of my emails. Address of Whaaky is – Way2Online Retail Limited,No-1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road,Begumpet,Hyderabad-500016.Ph- 040-66228282. They didn’t even entertained my phone call.
I ,therefore,request you to solve my problem at your early convenient so that I can regain my faith to Indian systems.
