I had purchased a ladies RADO watch from http://www.timedealz.com by way of cash on delivery, but they send me the men’s watch, I had paid on delivery, I called at the call center and returned the product on 22 October (timedealz had arranged for reverse pick up thru GOJAVAS) now its 24 December still I have not received the replacement, there customer care number is always busy and they are not replying on mail as well.
Please help me in getting my watch or money back.
