I have ordered a diamond earings on jewelsouk.com on 09/11/2015 But after approx 1 month (07/12/2015) it has not despatched. I am rigorously following up with their customer care team but they are torturing me. First they told me after 25 days of order placement that your address is not servicable so please provide different address, can u imagine practices like this. When I told hime refund the amount if my address is not servicable then they told me that money can’t be refunded. and till date they are giving wrong promises and i am waiting to some miracle to happen. They are giving wrong & misleading information on website.
