I had purchased table mate 2 – black directly from tablemate2.in website. I paid COD of Rs. 1699. The left leg of the table was bent. I have been calling customer care and no response from them except the 3rd time. They asked me to email the pictures to [email protected]. No response from them either after that. I tried reaching the customer service, filling a purchase form available online but no response what so ever. The order was shipped on 01-12-2015 and received on 03-12-2015. The invoice is in the name of India Best Shop, Ludhiana with TIN No. 236. Am really annoyed and want to just get rid of the product with my complete money back.
