WHAAKY.COM – Consignment not delivered

I ordered a combo pack of 5 Tees and one branded mobile on February 2015. Whaaky sent me two emails. First email is about shipping the consignment through TRACK ON courier. and the second is about shipping through DTDC courier. After two months DTDC informed me about no tracing of the
consignment and asked me to place claim following company rules. I informed Whaaky.com accordingly. But they didn’t bother to reply me and didn’t take ant step till now.
