star cj – not delivered product and no refund

I bought a product from star cj n paid online on 3rd Nov. Product was shipped on 5th Nov by gati courier. Assured delivery date was 12th Nov, but product was not delivered till 17th Nov. When enquired, gati courier services said product will take another 1week for delivery. So I cancelled the product. My complaint for cancellation was registered on 18th Nov, but complaint for refund after cancellation was only raise on 26th Nov and I was told that I’ll get refund within 7-10 working days. But now even after 25days, and calling them multiple times, I’ve not got any refund or call back from the back hand team regarding the same.
