Uttam Vastra – Refund not given

I tried to purchase a product online through net banking. the amount was not debited from my account and the status of the order showed payment awaited. So I cancelled the order and after that I got a receipt from cc avenue that payment was successful and amount was also debited from my bank account. i immediately contacted Uttam Vastra on their customer care no 7930913503 and requested for cancellation of order & refund of money to my bank account. I also sent an email at order@!uttamvastra.com with my bank details and order no. it is about one month and they are not refunding my money. in the last 1 month I have made around 40-50 calls and 22 emails to them but no appropriate reply is received from them.
