I have purchased a pair of shoes from vefro.com an online shopping website. but i have received a bad quality product. Payment has already been done. I have also called their customer service number, but no one is picking up call over there. I have also generated a complaint on their website and also sent them a mail for raising the complaint for the cashback. ut i am fed up now, as i have been trying to contact them since last 5 days.
