I have bought mobile handset from

on 10th December through consignment 579510105291 @ Rs.1299 /- + 150/- (dispatch chgs) and i have recd recd same consignment of 15th Dec 2015 .
But i come to know after open this pack of hand set and come to know that one of the hand set is damage , i am lodged complaint on mail [email protected] and even trying to call on there 040-66228282 , but no any reply on mail and not nay budy picking call . I am fed up with them .
now my request you to please try to help me out in this issue
