Pavers England – Defective belt, substand material

I have purchased a leather belt from Pavers England, Inorbit mall outlet, Hyderabad. Since there was a vertical crack behind at the buckle point, was shown and given for resolution at the store. Today the manager informs me that it can’t be repaired as they can only address stiching or pasting problems. I wonder how a company like Pavers England get away with use of substandard leather material which is prone for cracks. Acts of this nature will lose the confidence in their products, submitting this issue for proper resolution.
