Online Shopping – Wrong product delivered – denied replacement

I had ordered a Levis Jeans from Ask Me Bazaar on 3rd November 2015. The product was delivered to me on 13th Novemeber 2015. The item displayed varied completely from the product delivered. Since 13th November 2015 I have repeatedly written emails to ask me bazaar without any responses or reverts, as if they simply ignored.
Even, I called a couple of times on their helpline but surprisingly the callers are unable to assist.

My complaint is in today’s context how can a Company with Brand Ambassadors like Ranveer Kapoor and Ms Kangana act in such an irresponsible manner. The question is not about the wrong / faulty product delivered, its more of snatching customers liberty or thoughts prevailing as per practices. The intention of ask me bazaar is quite malifide and should be accounted for.

I demand a resolution of the issue and equitable compensation of the harasment.
