I ordered XOLO ERA HD from gadgets360.com on 11th Dec 2015. 4999 INR deducted from my a/c however no confirmation sms and no email received.
I send an email to customer service with payment PDF.they told me wait till 3 Business Days.Even I called customer care 5-6 times,they are saying no balance update on my gadgets360 a/c.and they are disconnecting the call again and again.
Now i ordered new product and need refund.
Plz help.
