Whaaky (Whaaky.com) – Replacement not done

Hello sir On 21st November 2015 I had placed an order (order no.S801051098)for a 3 Samsung 32GB Memory Card @ 1099 through whaaky online website,and received it on 28th November 2015. I have discovered that the all memory cards are defective and are not useful to me, they became blank once i restart my mobile and due to this i had lost my data too. The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. I had written letter to their customer care n they said that they will replace the product once they received the defective product from me then I bear all the courier charges and delivered to whaaky it has been delivered to them on 2nd of December 2015 but till date I haven’t received neither any replacement nor any reply on my complaints. Kindly look this matter and please help me to get justice. Thank you Regards Shailesh Gupta 6814
