I have been placed an order through bookmyoffer.com for MI10400mAh power bank with Samsung 2600mAh power bank free wide their order confirmation No.080467789823365 dated 25/11/15 and I received the Item on COD basis on dated 31-11-15, I wasrequested the delivery boy to verify the item content in the box before paying but he refused, after handing over the payment we opened the packet and found the item in the packet is a head set in place of item description given in the bill/Invoice pasted on the Box. On realizing the fraud I booked my complaint on the website www.support.bookmyoffer.com wide their Tracking No. ZSW-ZZN-6B7Y (Ticket number: 35779) dated 01-12-15 but till date I have not received any response from them even after adding 3 reminders on my compliant. Requesting your help to replace the delivered item with my original order item
