Whaaky – Faulty Product

I have purchased T-shirts from Whaaky.com in November Month. The product was delivered to me on 08/12/2015. The product is of worst quality even compared to the Flea Market & also it came without the invoice. Now if I want to return the product their procedure requires the invoice. I have already paid for the order on debit card. Now I can neither return the product nor claim refund. I called on their customer service like hundreds of times as well as e-mailed them on customer support. But no one is responding. Now I am requesting you to look into this matter as you can see lot of people are having complaints about the same site. I suggest ban the site & repay the people, who have lost their money, from the company.
