Dear sir/madam,
I have ordered power bank online from the site bookmyoffer.com which was giving an iffer of mi 10400 mah power bank with samsung 2600 mah power bank @ 692 rs only. So i have ordered in these offer. After few days i received the parcel. When i opened the parcel the packing case was broken. The piece was faulty it couldnt carge the mobile 10%. I am trying to call on customer care number but i am not able to reach the custoner care person. Call ends with computer voicemail. Please help me to get the refund or replace with proper working condition piece.
