I have purchased MICROMAX 40B50000Full HD LED Television on 2/12/15 from Snapdeal Online shopping. It was delivered to me on 5/12/15. A Faulty piece delivered to me, I placed a replacement request to Snapdeal. Customer Executive called me and suggest me to take TV to service center and get repaired. I told i don’t want faulty piece, replace it and send me new piece. At the time of purchasing Snapdeal promise 7 Day easy return, but they denied to replace the product and told me to get repaired it from service center. After that I have tried to contact with snapdeal and write so many mails to cutomer care but they replied your request not accepted.
I think Snapdeal is careless company and fooling to people. They do wrong promise while selling product. I have doubt they send used products to customers.
Now My money is totally waste, they no replacing my TV.
Please take necessary action against Snapdeal.
