I had placed an order for sony power bank bearing order number S801013863 at waaky.com on 07/11/2015. I have already paid the amount through my credit card. I have not received the goods. When i tried calling customer care they are not picking the call. They are also not responding to any of my mails. I request you to take action against them for cheating me.The delivery status of my order on their website shows –. I don’t know what it means. please help me out. If they cannot deliver the power bank let them refund my money. They can’t cheat the customers.
