Whenever i open any website some random script runs and some value added service gets activated without my consent thus my balance get deducted.It happens more than once.
Today same thing happened and VAS “All channel TV Week pack” activated. Its enough and i called customer care.CC refused to accept my version and refused to refund the money thus asked for appellate authority number but simply refused it that “i will not give you the number of Appellate authority this is against the company policy”.What can i do other than just writhing here???
