I have placed 3 orders ( Order Nos. S80555876, S80555905 & S80555952 on August 21, 2014 . The payment made through my net banking from Kottayam, Kerala. I contacted more than 10 times through mail and tried to contact over phone also. Once they said there is no courier service to this area ( Kottayam, Kerala ) Then on Sep 10th, Whaaky sent a mail to me stating that they are trying to send it through India post. But till this time i have not received the product or made any refund. So what is the next procedure???
