Sir,
Our residence BSNL land line(0820-2546713) got dead since from 15 days. We have complained regularly and didnt got proper response & action from the BSNL office(Kemmanu). Since from long time we are facing the same problem and every time we got very poor quality of service from the vendor. We need to pay the minimum rent eventhough the line is dead and bear additional mobile charges/cost for complaining regularly.
We request you to take strict action against such poor service providers.
