Dear Sir, my self nagaraju ordered a SAMSUNG star pro 7262 through EBS payment gateway on 24th feb 2014, to Deja vu trends, amount ofRs. 5959 ,.my order no was# 100012341 and invoice no #100004098. But still today i did not receive the goods, or return of my money.i repeatedly cal the customer care and send mails they could not cancel the order. now i want my money back. kindly help me.
