I order 4 dresses from ZIPKER , before placing the order I asked for 400RS delivery charges which they were applying on my order, When I called some lady by name Chethna picked the call and in the written statement she mention about refunding 400Rs delivery charges .and she asked me to place the order, Then I place the order, After placing the dresses didn’t reach to my destination, I was struck somewhere. I have to personally follow up with FedEx and DTDC to get it done.
Then when I saw the dresses its completely different than what they shows in Pic, I was expecting little different but in my case when a salwar costing Rs1499 they had sent other Salwar which says Rs600 in their website. I tried calling then and sent around 20mails , tried to reach in Face book messenger but no respond, someone in replying in messenger and saying sorry for the inconvenience , nothing else. We need to sue for such cheater, please let me know I am ready to take them to court. I have all the written Evidences with me.here with I am attaching all the Email communication
