This is to inform you that My Name is M.Karthika ( D/o..V.S.Murugesan ). I’m also one of your ICICI Money Multiplier Bond holder. My father has bought the ICICI Money Multiplier bonds in the year 1998 at the name of M.Karthika ( Age : 23 & Date of Birth : 02/11/1991 ). It’s a 10 years redemption period bond. The date of redemption at the bond is 31/10/2008. My father has forgot to claim the bond after the redemption date of 31/10/2008. Unfortunately my father has died due to bike accident at the last year 01/11/2013. He didn’t informed about the bond to me & he bought this bond when i was a child. I just checked the records of my father & found the ICICI Money multiplier bonds. That’s why i have decided to claim the bond for the redemption amount. Please apologize me for the delay of claiming the bond for the redemption amount. I’am kindly requesting you to credit the redemption amount at my Bank account.
