Few of our ex employees have started their own company and trying to harm us professionally and personally. We have already lodges a FIR against them today morning with their salary and Commission proofs , signed forms and agreements.
How do they have theft us-
1- our salesman interacts with our customers for product selling.
2- they have brought us clients and takrn hefty Commissions on the same as well.
3- customer has followed a 3 step verification process including signature on a form which clearly mentions any objection take refund in 30 days
4- now this ch**iya salesman have started his own company and asking his client to deposit money in his fake account.
5-this chutiya salesman has no clue that indian law is not that weak. Company has delivered what was promised to its customera in written. We are still ready to co opearte only on a condition when customer files a FIR against this salesman to teach him a lesson.
