The quality is too bad and the product doesn’t suit with the description in the the site too .I have mailed the customercare 2 days back as I received the product but they did not respond to the mail yet . if I don’t get response today I will take severe action on your site . The reply was same for all the mails, “We will discuss with the department and get back to you soon”, and their SOON never ended. I have sent return request on 10th January 2019, but it shows pending still in my Zipker account. I had enough of patience and now I feel it is the time to take help of Consumer court.
