Product not delivered till date, payment done on 5 Sep 2018

Hi Sir/Madam,
I ordered 2 products on 5 Sep 2018 and received a confirmation call and e-receipt of the order as well but the products have not been delivered till date. This is a fake website and people running this website are fraud and cheaters. I paid Rs798 via net banking and people running the website are neither providing the product nor refunding my mooney.
Request you to take strict action against them.
