We ordered for saris from saribox.com. Each sari was for 1399 rs + 50 rs as cash on delivery charge (5796 rs). When we opened the delivery, we found the 2 sari we received were wrong sari. There is no customer care number for this website, they can be contacted only on facebook or whatsapp. I had to find a contact number from their website’s domain registry..
Now they are asking me to pay for send courier with the wrong items back to them, with the bank details in the courier.

I have asked them to send the details for the return in WhatsApp message (for me to have a proof) but till now no response from them. I checked with the number they have asked for sending the return, but that’s number is not having what’s app account.

    Ordered two sarees from saribox.com. Cost of each saree was Rs. 1399 + Rs. 50 COD charges. Total bill for 2 sarees was Rs. 2898/-. After opening of the delivered packet, it was very sad and shocking that the company provided one defective saree and not of that color which I have ordered. One blue color saree is ok but the other saree is defective and moreover of different color. I ordered Golden & green color saree. It is requested to Saribox.com that the same may be replaced and deliver me as soon as possible.

    Ordered saree online at http://www.saribox.com . saree received as shown in the photo. Totally different and defective saree. Trying to return the saree. Nobody responding. sent them mail also. No response. I have tried calling them from which number they used to us call me before delivery of the product. In their website also there is no option of returning the product. Please help me.
