Dear All, please don’t trust this person Shyam Kanojiya.. My wife was told that she is selected for fresher accounts executive for Axis bank Malad branch and they took Rs. 1500 & Rs. 500 in the name of training and medical test. after that they have never offered any job and they not even picking up the call. After that I personally went to his office in Dreams Mall so they assures me to give refund on submitting refund form which I have submitted and even after 1 month of submitting the form they are not reverting or answering the call. I am staying very far from his office so I can not go to his office regular to fight with him. But I want to take very strict action against him and his team so that they stop doing this fraud with others. Who have already have such bad experience with Shyam Kanojiya (Yash Consultants/ Yash Recruiters) please contact me (Nikhil – [protected]) so that jointly we can take any action against this fraud people.
For knowledge of all I am giving here the detailed mail written to him for refund for detailed understanding of situation and their modus operandi-

# I have been interviewed at your office by Ms. Neha on 28/06/2018 for the profile of Account executive (Fresher) and then told me that I am selected for the job at “Axis Bank – Malad location” and job is confirmed and need to join from 05/07/2018 and asked me to wait for further communication regarding when all documents to be carry on first day of job. ON THE BASIS OF SUCH CONFIRMATION ONLY I HAVE PAID FEES OF RS. 2, 000/- (1500=Training fees & 500=Medical test).
# Ms. Neha didn’t replied in due time and after my follow-up she given me the name and address of Mr. Saurav for Interview at Duarz HR 501, Manish Chembar sonalwala lane opp. Hotel Karan Place above Axis bank Goregoan(E) (Reference shyam yash recruitment) and telling me that it is only for documentation purpose meeting.
# On meeting Mr. Saurav at Daurz HR, on 11/07/2017, he told that they have opening at Andheri location only and for Malad location he will reply within 2-3 days. (SO IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTATION PURPOSE MEETING).
# I have given update of such meeting to Ms. Dhanashree from your office, because “your office has committed that job is confirmed and just documentation and then confirmation letter is pending.” Ms. Dhanashree told me that she will revert me in 1-2 days. Then after I am trying to contact Mr. Saurav as well as Ms. Dhanashree, but both were not answering.
# All this process has took my one month (” INSIPTE OF YOUR CONFIRMED JOB”) in following up only. Because of all the wrong commitment from your office, I have not got any job till date as well as I have not joined classes for my further study which was started on 01/07/2018 (I WAS UNDER IMPRESSION THAT I HAVE TO START JOB FROM 05/07/2018, AS COMMITTED BY YOUR OFFICE).
# I have communicated my disappointment with your service and disagreement to further chance at your office on 04/08/2018 before Ms. Neha and Ms. Dhanashree.
# Now I am resuming my studies and therefore not required improper committed job.
Please refund me Rs. 2, 000 as I don’t want any further chance.
