Inferior Product and deny after sale service

I have bought MI A1 in January and after 5 month , problem with the software started and later on network issue also started. I visited mi service center they denied service without bill. Today I visited with Bill and they attitude of front line staff is very bad . After so much persual they ready to repair but warn before submitting the mobile and after one hour they come out that there is moisture on very small part of the mother board and need to be replaced for an amount of 7800/-. I am in condition of shock how moisture can effect only a part half the size of a time and no other traces on board. This is a serious issue with the mi that there most of the handset have network issue and when approached service center they claim moisture.this way they are looting public hard earned money by way of cheating. There are no place to see what engineer are doing with your mobile whether the mobile is damaged by customer or damaged by enngineer to earn easy money. I have used many handsets in last 10 year none have faced issue like this. This is clear case of a scam.
Company must take tespy for their inferior quality product and replaced full handset or the part.
If company will not resolve my complaint I will proceed legally against them for frauding the Indian public.
