I am a regular customer of Vodafone . I didn’t get any issue till yet. Although vodafone signal get weak lots of time but i can manage the same. And i paid my all bill before my due date.
But vodafone did fraud with me. I got my itemized bill yesterday i. e. 3rd may 2015 for the month april 2015. when i checked the same, i found that vodafone has charged me amount for below services .

I has been using vodafone network since last 1 years. My monthly bills never exceeded 400 rs , But this time they have charged me
1044.92 rs .
I didn’t downloaded any of the above mentioned packages/applications or what ever they are .
If i had downloaded they shound me in my mobile phone , which i cannot find anywhere .
I have spoked to your customer care also and they have only 1 explanation that u hv downloaded something which is chaegeable. but i had been got tired to explain them that i m 200% sure about my usage. i am an Engineer by profession and i hv very good knowledge of
internet and website even though . so they can’t make me fool to give silly xplaination of clicking a link unintentionally. even i
checked on google n i got to know that vodafone has made this kind of fraud with lots of people. may i want to know that is it
possible that all these guys will click same link with same charge as i noticed everyone has charged against the same. please be
logical..i used vodafone network only for surfing as well as for mails during my traveling and rest of time i used my wifi at home and
office net at office premises, then how is it possible i will download tbat silly thing during my working hour although when i have
better internet facilities at office. n i really got hurt by vodafone. if they can’t b reliable with their custome atleast those
sincere one.. then how can we trust on vodafone and b with it.
Please help in solving my issues . and getting my money back.
