I bought my Nokia 6 Mobile from “Singh Communication” (Booth #57 & 62, Phase 1 Mohali PB) on 13th December 2017. I also bought “incidental liquid damaged” Insurance from “The Oriental Insurance Company Limited.” (Amtrust Mobile Solutions)
On 21st of Agust, My wife incidentally puts my jeans into the washing machine along with my mobile and it got damaged. When I request for my insurance claim then they reject it.
They replied:
Your claim date 22-08-2018 has been rejected due to Gross negligence.
Following was the description shared:
Customer uses the phone. The phone was in left front pant pocket. He got back from work and the phone was left inside the pocket. His wife put all the clothes for washing in machine and the phone got liquid damaged.

This is not a valid reason. My wife incidentally puts my jeans into the washing machine along with my mobile and other clothes.
So please help me to get my insurance claim.
