Shoppersstop.com – Cancellation is not initiated from their team and did not got any refund

Date : 23rd Dec OrdeID : 00613131 Cancel Req Id : 00069786 Description : I have ordered Gift Voucher instead of E_Voucher by mistake, So I have cancelled order within 30 mins of order placed by contacting customer care of Shoppers Stop. They told me that I will get Order Cancellation mail within 24 hours as a notification and in next 24 hours I will get refund. on 25th I have talked with customer care executive as I did not get any mail regarding cancellation. I got that as 25th is holiday I will get mail on Monday i.e. 28th Dec. Again till 30th I did not got any mail or any progress on my cancellation and that Gift card is received to the person to whom I want to gift it, so I called customer Care executive and discussed on this issue with Akram Khan. He said that he will take care of my query by blocking that Gift Card after discussing with his team after that I will get notifying mail and Refund also, and it will solve till 31st Dec. But again it is not solved. Till 4th I did not get anything on it So I called them again and they are keeping my call on hold by saying that they will transfer my call to Akram Khan or Senior management and they are not transferring. Finally Priya Pande checked my query around 3.30 p.m. and told me that I will get notifying mail before 5 p.m. but I did not received any mail/message. Again on 5th I called them and talked with senior manager named Solanki and he is like they need more time to solve this query till 7th Jan. Not sure what they are doing and how they will refund my money Resolution : Gift voucher amount should be refunded. I have call recordings for 4th and 5th Jan
