Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to inform you that we have admitted our son to Serra Internationa Play School, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. My son was there for 2.5 Months and then due to sheer dissatisfaction and substandard of the school we have to withdraw his admission. We have paid almost 26000 Rs at the time of admission, but when we ask for the refund on prorata basis we have been told that Fees is not refundable and you have signed the document. We have given them the reasoning that we want to withdraw the admission on the quality issues so there is no point paying for the services we have not used.
Reason for withdrawal is the failure of the promises made at the time of admission. The owners are already working and they just had little time to devote to the school as the it is a franchisee model.
They did not show us the CCTV footage whenever we have asked for, there are lot of complaints we have bring in to the owners notice via emails, but there is nothing satisfactory happened. Our son’s personal development was zero during his tenure, now he is performing satisfactory in other school.
Please help us as the message form the school is very clear that once you have deposited the fees you have to bear the pain till the tenure is over.
Kindly help, we can share the mails exchanged between us as evidence if needed.
