Security behaviour was rude and unacceptable

The security guard outside the new silver gate misbehaved, shouted rudely. The security guard at first told us to stay outside as only patient was allowed. Den he asked us to stay in one corner. We were standing there for one minute he again shouted rudely to move to other corner. Den while standing there he again rudely shouted to move aside as we are covering board. We are not wasting our money and trust for such behavior.
